A unique identity

Thanks to the collaboration with the creative people at Ilona Creative Studio, based in Miami, the idea of Via_Pasteria is given a visual identity. In the logo and pattern, every visual element is carefully designed to reflect our essence: the authenticity of fresh pasta within a modern design. A unique visual identity that, by blending tradition and innovation, sets us apart in every detail.

The first opening

On July 21, 2022, Via_Pasteria opens the doors of its first restaurant in Via Cesare da Sesto, Milan. A place that embodies all our core values: authenticity, craftsmanship, and conviviality. Here, the passion for fresh pasta meets a unique design, offering an unforgettable experience in the heart of Milan.

The second restaurant

Following the warm reception of our first opening, on April 1, 2023, Via_Pasteria inaugurates its second restaurant in Milan, in Corso Italia. This marks a further step in our mission to bring the authenticity of fresh pasta and distinctive design to all lovers of Italian flavors. Another space where artisanal quality and the joy of sharing take center stage.

The third opening

On March 17, 2024, less than two years after our first inauguration, Via_Pasteria arrives in the picturesque setting of Arco della Pace in Milan. This third restaurant represents a new chapter in our journey, making the authentic taste of fresh pasta and the welcoming atmosphere that defines us even more accessible. An iconic location to experience craftsmanship and conviviality in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods.
